First of all, make sure you are using the power charger that came with the board. People sometimes try other power cords and fry the circuits, because a SuperDeker board only uses 5V of power.
Once confirmed you are using the correct power cord, did you try a factory reset? There are two ways. So let’s do a little troubleshooting.
Unplug your SuperDeker, then hold down the yellow button while plugging it back in. This causes the red lights to cycle. This solves some of the irregular twitching in the program.
If that doesn’t work, there is a small reset button on the right side (image on the panel has a little circle with an arrow) in the control unit. Push it in with the unit unplugged with a paperclip or small screwdriver. While holding the button down, plug in the unit and slowly count to ten.
