SuperDeker Panels
You can get the error message E00 001 because of the following situations:
1. You have incorrectly configured your SuperDeker Pro. The following are the only supported configurations:
- A Panel
- A and C Panels
- A, B and C Panels
Connecting the A and B Panels will produce the E00 001 error message. Please see the How Setup the SuperDeker FAQ Page.
2. You have connected the panels together but have not connected the USB connections below the panels.
3. You have a panel that is malfunctioning. Please see the troubleshooting video to assist in identifying the panel that is malfunctioning before contacting our Customer Service Representative.
